    Msg2Send helps companies engage their target audience easily and swiftly. We make messaging easy.
  2. Do you accept other modes of payment? Why only PayPal?
    Yes we are currently reviewing our payment methods. Currently we adopt PayPal as it integrates seamlessly into your system. It also provides a safe and secure platform for both parties.
  3. I'm not getting my activation codes. How can I use Msg2Send?
    Simply reapply for your activation codes with either your mobile number or your email address. Our system will send to you shortly soon after. If you fail to receive withinin the 30minutes, do request for help through our support. Do make sure our emails do not get delivered to your Junk or Spam box too.
  4. I can login but unable to access all the functions in Msg2Send. How should I proceed?
    You have registered congrats! However your next move is to activate your account through two activation codes sent to your mobile and email address. Simply key in the codes and your account will be unlocked.
  5. What is the difference between SMS on my mobile phone & Msg2Send?
    Msg2Send provides a platform for one to focus and streamline their tasks and provide better mobile campaigns or notices. We provide feedback and logging systems to allow you to track your past records and campaigns. There are also auto-responders and different modes of messaging to suit your various needs.     Simple. Sign up and register for an account.
  7. Do I have to pay now to use? What are the setup costs and monthly charges?
    No. Pay only when you think you are suited to use. We provide 10 free credits for any new account. After you have done your evaluation on the system, you can top-up your credits with us. We do not charge high setup costs like other providers, not to mention monthly charges. We are a believer of Pay-As-You-Use.
  8. How long does my SMS credits last?
    Credits last for a period of 10months which starts on its purchased date.
  9. Do I require Internet connection?
    Yes you do. If there is a long campaign you wish to send out or a long contact list, simply go through the process and send. Once the send job has been received on our system, it will be processed on our server connection from then own. This portion on will not require Internet connection
  10. Do I have to pay for receiving SMS?
    Absolutely no. Same goes for your own mobile. All message replies routed to your inbox will be free of charge.
  11. I can't view the application properly. Is there something wrong with the system?
    Try the following steps first to ensure best viewing. Update your browsers to the latest versions (we support Chrome v4 and above,Firefox v2 and above,Internet Explorer 7.0 and above). Best viewing display resolutions is from 1024*800 onwards. We constantly test our application with growing technology. If there any issues do not hesitate to contact us @ support
  12. What is the Spam act?
    The Singapore's Spam Control requires a marketing spam message to be tagged with or an unsubscribe option. Non-compliance with these requirements could result in civil penalties for the spammer.

  13. How do you handle duplicate contacts?
    We use the mobile number to uniquely identify your contact. It makes sense since you will not send sms to the same number.
  14. How many credits does it take to send an SMS?
    1 credit = 1 SMS(160 chars)
    2 credits = 2 SMS(306 chars)
    3 credits = 3 SMS(459 chars)
    4 credits = 4 SMS(612 chars)
    Maximum to 4 SMS per send.
  15. Do you provide support for sending SMS in other languages like in Traditional Chinese?
    Yes we do support other languages.
    However do note in an SMS different languages count it differently. Therefore like Traditional Chinese each Chinese character counts as 2chars. So an SMS with 70 Chinese characters constitute a 140char count which is 1 SMS.
  16. Can I use this Msg2Send when I'm overseas?
    Yes of course!. All you need is a stable internet connection.
  17. What is a SenderID and how fast can I get my sender IDs to be approved?
    Sender ID appears in the "From" of the SMS message. You can define up to 11 alpha numeric characters like (msg2send.com). We approve sender IDs within a 24hr working period. Sender IDs have to be checked against several constraints to be a valid one. This is to prevent misuse of sender ids
  18. Can I receive incoming SMS and how much does it cost?
    Yes, you can receive incoming SMS from your users using our shared number. It COSTS FREE!
  19. Do you provide mobile database for our marketing campaigns?
    No, we PROTECT our users mobile database and we do not sell it to third party.
  20. We have no time to manage the SMS campaigns ourselves, can you manage for us?
    Yes, we can manage the campaigns for you. You can send us the mobiles and messages to broadcast and our managers will do it for a small charge.
  21. How is Msg2Send different from USB based devices which I plug into my computer?
    Msg2Send allows you to define your Sender ID and send SMS with a few times faster than USB based devices. We also do not require you to leave your computer on for 24 hours in order to receive replies. Everything is web!
  22. Can I send out personalised SMS?
    Yes you can! After uploading your contacts with name, you can use our "SMS-Merge" in our campaign builder. It will then send out personalised SMS to each user.
  23. Can I also have auto reply function?
    Yes, we have Auto Response feature which allows you to define auto reply messages to your users based on 0 or one keywords. Great for conducting quizzes and contests.
  24. Do you have a referral or affiliate program?
    Yes we do! For each account you refer to us, we will give you a portion of the revenue from the package the person you referred signs up for.
  25. Can I send to an overseas number?
    We currently support more than 180 countries including Malaysia, Australia, Indonesia, Philippines, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Macau and Cambodia.
